Changes of names are not required for entry. The name on the ticket(s) in your order is that of the person who made the purchase, and that information suffices for our customer records. The tickets are not checked against ID at the venue, and therefore, anyone who has access to the tickets can use them.

Experience Admission only. Valid for children 4-17 yrs, students*, and seniors 65+ yrs.
*Valid student ID is required (University student card or ISIC). No ticket is required for children 3 yrs old and under.
This exhibit can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from Bambis to Geppettos!
Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+).

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection.
Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.

Entrance Access: The main entrance to the theater includes stairs. An accessible elevator is available and can be operated by the venue team upon request.
Please note that Cucina Eliseo, the restaurant located on the third floor is only accessible by stairs and does not have elevator access.
(*The restaurant will not be open until November, but there is a bar for light snacks, refreshments and alcoholic beverages.)
Stroller Parking
Strollers are allowed inside the gallery. The entrance to the gallery is located on the second floor, up three flights of stairs. So, if you are happy to carry your stroller up the stairs, you are more than welcome to use it throughout the gallery. If you’d like to park it in the designated stroller parking room, the cost for this service is 3,00 €. Space is limited. We offer 15 stroller parking tickets per time slot. You can buy them in advance or at the box office in person, subject to availability. VIP ticket holders can park a stroller for free.
This experience may contain bright and flashing lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy. There may also be loud music and effects. Viewer discretion is advised.
Part of the immersive experience is the music, which can be loud at times. This may cause discomfort for people with sensitive hearing. Earplugs are available upon request
Wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility aids are all permitted.
Service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals.
The exhibit opens 15 minutes before the first entry time of the day and closes 20 minutes after the start time of the last entry time of the day. To view entry times, please visit our event calendar.
The Teatro Eliseo is located at Via Nazionale, 183, 00184 Rome RM, Italy.
Teatro Eliseo does not have a parking lot, and parking around the theater is extremely limited due to it’s location in Rome’s historic center.
There is parking at Termini Station (Park Piastra), about a 20-minute walk from the theater. Rates: 3,50 € per hour.
