To reschedule your tickets, please contact our box office.
Dates and tickets are subject to availability. Requests must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled attendance time.
If you purchased the Flex option, you won’t be charged for your reschedule.
If you have not purchased the Flex option, a €9.99 fee plus tax will be applied per ticket to change the date or time.
Last-minute Change of Date requests will not be honored.
In exceptional circumstances, a €9.99 fee will be applied for requests submitted less than 48 hours from your scheduled time slot.
Please contact our box office to upgrade your tickets prior to arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade tickets, and we don’t know why you would want to!
Changes of names are not required for entry. The name on the ticket(s) in your order is that of the person who made the purchase, and that information suffices for our customer records. The tickets are not checked against ID at the venue, and therefore, anyone who has access to the tickets can use them.
If you have purchased tickets to Immersive Disney Animation directly through our website, but have not yet received them, please contact our box office to have this rectified.

Each ticket includes: Skip The Line, VIP Souvenir Laminate, an Immersive Disney Animation Print, Immersive Disney Animation Exhibit Catalogue, FLEX (reschedule your visit free of charge*), Free Return Visits**, and Experience Admission.
* Flexibility to change the date and time of your event up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled attendance, free of charge (subject to availability and ticket price differences).
** Entitles VIP guests to return within 30 days of initial VIP attendance – Admission only (no further VIP perks will be issued). Max. of 1 return visit per day. Not applicable on Saturdays. No booking required. Subject to operating hours and availability (please check the calendar on our website before your visit). This offer is only valid for the original party that attended- this re-entry perk is not transferable to new guests. The person who purchased the tickets, and whose name appears on them, will be required to present ID for entry. We reserve the right to end this perk without notice.

This exhibit can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from Bambis to Geppettos!
Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+).
Babes in arms (under 2 years old) can attend free of charge. Children aged 2+ require a ticket to attend.

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection.

Entrance Access: The main entrance to the theater includes stairs. An accessible elevator is available and can be operated by the venue team upon request.
Second Floor Restaurant: Please note that the restaurant located on the second floor is only accessible by stairs and does not have elevator access.
This experience may contain bright and flashing lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy. There may also be loud music and effects. Viewer discretion is advised.
Part of the immersive experience is the music, which can at times be loud. This may cause discomfort for people with sensitive hearing. Earplugs are available upon request

Service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals. For non-traditional service animals please contact us.
The exhibit opens 15 minutes before the first entry time of the day and closes 20 minutes after the start time of the last entry time of the day. To view entry times, please visit our event calendar.
The Teatro Eliseo is located at Via Nazionale, 183, 00184 Rome RM, Italy.
There is no designated parking for the theater, but there is street parking on adjacent streets.
