We are unable to reschedule tickets.
Unfortunately, we cannot upgrade or downgrade tickets.
The name on your tickets is for buyer and COVID tracing info only, and there is no change of name required.
Anyone who has access to the tickets can use them. The buyer is responsible for tracking COVID-19 information within their party.

VIP Friends & Family Tickets
Starting at $72.00 per ticket. Each ticket includes: Skip The Line, VIP Souvenir Laminate, an Immersive Disney Animation Print, a Collectible Immersive Disney Animation Cup, an Interactive Wristband, 1 Free Return Visits*, and Experience Admission.
Please note for Family & Friends, a minimum of 4 tickets must be purchased.
* Entitles VIP guests to return for 1 free visit within 10 days – outside of Stampede* – of initial VIP attendance. Return visits include admission only (no further VIP perks will be issued). Not applicable on Saturdays. No booking required. Subject to operating hours and availability (please check the calendar on our website before your visit). This offer is only valid for the original party which attended – this re-entry perk is not transferable to new guests. The person who purchased the tickets, and whose name appears on them, will be required to present ID for entry. At the moment we don’t have any discount codes or promotions for Immersive Disney Animation Calgary. You can sign up for our mailing list and follow us on social media to be the first to find out about offers and promotions.
Exhibit Info
We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection.
Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.

Please note: Registered service animals are permitted, but Stampede Park cannot accommodate your pets. Please leave them at home or make arrangements to house them at a kennel.

Stampede Park complies with regulations and laws governing accessibility that include dedicated, accessible parking spaces, paved pedestrian pathways to Calgary’s light rail transit system (C-Train) station and taxi and ride-hailing areas, designated drop-off locations, accessible paths to all venues, elevator access at all public event spaces, centrally located washroom facilities, all with accessible stalls and baby-change facilities, and several with family rooms, and service animals welcomed in all areas with a valid Service Dog Identification Card.

The exhibit opens 15 minutes before the first entry time of the day and closes 20 minutes after the start time of the last entry time of the day. For entry times, please see the ticketing calendar when you click BUY TICKETS.
